Hola Comunidad #PlantPower(Vegan)

<div class="text-justify">Es bien conocido y de acuerdo a las culturas de cada país de nuestro planeta Tierra la merienda es parte de una tradición; ese momento que en algunos lo llaman la hora del té, así como nosotros en este lado del mundo le decimos la hora del café.<p></div></p>


<div class="text-justify">Ese momento después de las tres de la tarde, en casa, fuera de casa, en la oficina sentir el olor del preciado líquido atrapa a quienes están en el momento y lugar destinado para ello, ese momento es deliciosamente acompañado por unas galletas u otro tipo de dulce para hacer del momento, un compartir de recuerdos.<p></div></p>


<div class="text-justify">Aquí entra una deliciosa merienda con pocos ingredientes, sencilla de preparar y con el uso de ingredientes que por lo general tenemos en casa. Es cuestión de crear, probar, unir…dar sabor, textura, hasta color a un momento de creatividad en la preparación. <p></div></p>


<div class="text-justify">Lo llamé el capricho perfecto. Es deliciosa.<p></div></p>

>That moment after three in the afternoon, at home, away from home, or at the office, sniffing the scent of the precious liquid captivates those who are there at the right time and place. That moment is deliciously accompanied by cookies or another type of sweet treat to make the moment a time of shared memories.

>This is where a delicious snack comes in with few ingredients, easy to prepare, and using ingredients we usually have at home. It's a matter of creating, tasting, combining... adding flavor, texture, even color to a moment of creativity in preparation.

>I called it the perfect treat. It's delicious.

Para esta preparación se utilizó:

1 1/2 taza de harina de trigo
1 taza de azúcar morena
1 taza de leche de avena
1 1/2 de zanahoria rallada
½ taza de aceite vegetal
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
¼ de cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
1 cucharada de ajonjolí (opcional)

>For this recipe, we used:

>1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
>1 cup of brown sugar
>1 cup of oat milk
>1 1/2 cups of grated carrots
>1/2 cup of vegetable oil
>1 teaspoon of baking soda
>1/4 teaspoon of salt
>1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
>1 tablespoon of lemon juice
>1 tablespoon of sesame seeds (optional)

<div class="text-justify">Estos son harina, azúcar, bicarbonato , sal.<p></div></p>

<div class="text-justify">A la zanahoria rallada le incorporamos la canela en polvo, reposamos por uno o dos minutos para que la zanahoria absorba el olor y sabor de la canela.<p></div></p>

<div class="text-justify">Luego de este tiempo la incorporamos con los ingredientes secos.<p></div></p>

>Add the ground cinnamon to the grated carrot and let it sit for a minute or two so the carrot absorbs the aroma and flavor of the cinnamon.

>After this time, add it to the dry ingredients.

<div class="text-justify">Lista la mezcla, la vertemos en un envase de 16  centímetros de diámetros, llevamos al horno por espacio de 20 a 30 minutos. El tiempo va a depender del tipo de horno que tenga.<p></div></p>
