Before You Decide: Abortion Isn't Just A Choice, It's A Life
<div  class=text-justify>

To be honest, I wanted to skip writing on this topic as I felt I won't be as honest as I could be about it since it's something I've never had to make a say on before. I see people, I watch movies and I see how people take abortion to be just another activity without thinking of backfires.

There are different reasons people have created to go for abortion, I'll mention the ones I can think of now. One is, a young girl still in school gets pregnant for a guy who isn't ready to be a father either, they decide to take it out and continue their lives. Though I've seen many who do keep it.

Another is, a married couple deciding to end a pregnancy because they have the number of children they need already. One I heard in a movie recently is, the wife is too scared to go through another pregnancy session mainly because her first child's pregnancy period almost took her life.

One more reason I'd like to mention which I think I'd be very contradicted if I was in such situation is, deciding to end a pregnancy because it's clear that the child will have difficulty growing or being a normal child. I doubt anybody will choose to go through this life suffering in all of his or her days.

So when it comes to that, there are a few reasons why the parents will be adviced to end the pregnancy, it's hard to decide but then, I remind myself as my title says, that *"Abortion is not just a choice but a life"* and as much as it feels like a right choice, we never the choice of the unborn.

It's scary to think that I'll end the life of another wether it's a living human already or just a foetus or a blood about to form into one. All are same but then, the world is beginning to normalize seeing abortion as not a bad thing to do so long there is a reason to and that it isn't really a baby.

If it's by readiness, we would take longer than we really want to, to be ready for a baby. I don't see the reason to terminate a pregnancy because there is no readiness. You're not ready for a baby, *why get pregnant?* The mistake have been made so it's only responsible and wise to own up to it.

I'm totally not in support of young girls and ladies who go for abortion because they messed up and got pregnant when they knew very well they had education or career to pursue. Those are materialistic things but a baby is a blessing from God, no matter the manner it came in, so it's a no.

I know of people who give birth and still go about their education but if yours must end because you got pregnant, too bad for you but it doesn't justify aborting a child. If you're not ready to have kids, abstain or use preventive measure and be dedicated to them like your life depends on them.

And for the matter relating to fathers having a say in a mother's decision to abort a child, I'll say *"Yes, he totally has a say in it"*. The moment a couple said "I do", they have decided to be one in everything they choose to do going forward. Yes, the risk is on the mother but it's about their baby.

Like I said about the movie I saw recently where the woman refuses to keep her pregnancy because of how the first almost took her life. She eventually succumbed to her husband, got the best cares and gave birth to her child with no issues. There has to be better options than abort.
