It's been more than a day that I have been feeling high and happy about everything as if things has changed. It's still the same situation I wake up to and I still have underlying problems to solve that may even take a long while to solve but I've been feeling very different in the positive side towards everything and it's as a result of an inspiration.

I was opportune to attend a church program yesterday and spent more of the day there, every aspect of the whole activity were full of inspiration and giving me reasons to see beyond the problems I am faced with. I was reminded that my life is of few days and will be filled with troubles so there is honestly no need to fear yet.

Thankfully, I've learned that fear isn't bad, it's actually very normal for us as humans to be afraid but where it becomes a bad thing is that we act on our fear in the wrong ways. For me, I've decided to be more trusting in God's love and promises when I feel afraid. I can't overcome my fears by just saying it, I have to trust my God first.

*Why am I saying all this?* I've come to understand that while being inspired is great, showing gratitude for the things you have, the things you will have and the ones you are not even aware that you have, is more important and from my recent experiences, it pays more to count your blessings and trust God for all your worries.

There are a lot of things that could inspire us to do better in life, it's greater to have an inspired heart as that would keep you motivated all the time but I'm saying a grateful heart about even the most little things will bring you to the highest place you think you may never reach before.

I came across this song some days ago after a long time, a neighbor was playing it so loudly in the estate and I just kept singing it over and over until he turned it off. Right now, I have it downloaded because I couldn't get enough of it. The song kinda sums up my feelings for the last few days, a song of gratitude over inspiration.

I may not have as much as many do but I've been feeling like I have everything and I want to keep this feeling, a heart full of gratitude with no room for worries because all those are bound to happen anyways. I have God and I believe in the power of showing gratitude, an application for more, to overcome whatever may come my way.
