If you are male, then you should have a scrotum. You should notice that I didn't say two scrotum, I said one but inside the scrotum are two testicles which are ball-like. If you have only one testicle, then you should visit the hospital to understand why you have only one instead of two. Moreover, some people suffer from what is known as undescended testicles and not having the testicles at the right place can lead to infertility.

The testicles are located outside the body, almost like a hanging fruit and this is because it loves temperature about 2 degrees lower than the body temperature, and it is at this temperature that it performs at optimal but a lot of males enjoy heating up their testicles just like they love to boil eggs. They do so knowingly or unknowingly through their actions like in simple cases of wearing tight, thick boxers that causes heat for it which damages the sperm.

Tight or thick boxers in men can reduce the sperm count as fewer sperm cells are being made. Even when the sperm is produced, the motility is weakened thereby reducing the speed at which the sperm moves towards the egg. It also leads to sperm cell deformity  which affects the sperm. These sperm issues can affect reproduction, so before you start to blame the woman for not being able to conceive, you should work on yourself. Moreover, why will you blame the woman when it is both of you who are looking for a child.

To be sure that you are not intentionally killing your sperm through the type of boxers you wear, then you should put on loose-fitting wear so it doesn't trap heat. Your underwear should be cotton and not nylon or polyester as it would not allow air to pass through meaning it would trap heat as well. You can also do without the boxers at night when going to bed so it can allow for the testicles to enjoy the air.

Another mistake people usually make is putting hot substances on their laps. Putting your laptop on your laptop isn't good for your testicles. Do not mind the name laptop, it is not good for your lap at least for now and until we have proof that it has no harmful effect when placed on the laps, it should not be found there. Healthy food, rest and sleep is important for your testosterone production.

 So in the world were we are so used to the woman been blamed for the inability to produce children, males checking themselves if they are the cause of the problem is the best way to go about it because inability to bear a child isn't a woman's problem alone, it is the problem of both the male and the female.
