*It all started when our parents would tell us to go and wear our shoes so we could go out with them. They would promise us that they wouldn't leave, and by the time we were done wearing the shoe, they were nowhere to be found. I just honestly think parents and relatives are the first set of people to promise and fail, and that's  how we start having trust issues hahaha (just kidding lol)*

**I don't like making promises to people because I always feel uneasy until I fulfill them. Some years ago, I made a promise to my choir coordinator's daughter... In fact, it wasn't a promise on my end, she only asked me for it and I told her not to worry and that I would I'll buy it for her.  Honestly speaking,  I forgot about it until now when this question was asked. 
They're very far away from where I'm at, but whenever I have the chance to visit, I'll make sure to buy what she asked for. I just hope I don't forget again.** 


*I'm supposed to talk about how I broke a promise I made to someone, but I don't think I make empty promises lol. I try my best to fulfill them, and if I know I'm not able to fulfill a promise, I just keep quiet and don't't make one in the first place*.

I've not been active here on Hive, and sometimes I feel so guilty and sad, but writing and interacting with you guys here is something I look forward to all the time. But my network is so terrible that I have to leave the house and go outside to get a good reception. 
The past few weeks haven't been a joy ride for me. I've been sad, depressed and you name it... 


*We had a deal to rent a house and stay off campus with my friends... Our rent was supposed to be due June 30th, on the 24th of June, one of my roommates called and said she wouldn't be renting with us again (she's currently in another state for her IT ( internship) )  so that meant that I  and the other one had to raise her own part of the rent from scratch. 
Not only that, the landlord actually came and added extra fees to our rent, so we also had that money to pay too... It wasn't an easy one for us... We thought about what to do but nothing was coming forth. 
By Thursday, our landlord had already brought another student to check the house and gave us a deadline of Monday, which is the 31st, that if we don't provide the rent, we should start moving our things from the house so the new tenant could move in.*

We were left stranded, I couldn't even think of whom to ask for money or what to do, luckily for me, my sister came through for me and was able to provide my own part of the money. It wasn't a small amount of money, considering how expensive it is to rent a house where I school. 


*My friend broke my heart big time and I don't think I will ever trust her. The worst part about everything was how she sounded so relaxed, like it wasn't a big deal. 
There was no valid reason for her to break her promise, and let's just say her parents refused to give her the rent, what's stopping you from fighting for your roommates? To me, it only showed that my friend can't fight for me and just accepts every situation that life throws at her, even tho it means breaking a promise she's once made to someone, as long as it doesn't affect her, then it's not a big deal*. 


*Maybe to her it's just a broken Promise and a simple I'm sorry could easily fix it but nope! It's not like that where I'm from.*
