What's the best way to get help from a faulty Poloniex transfer to the Steemit wallet?

Three days ago I created a transfer of STEEM from Poloniex to the Steemit wallet and it resulted in an error.



Here's what the Poloniex Withdrawal history claims:

The @roadscape message on the Steemit error page doesn't respond to Steemit chat request messages.



Is there a better way to get support from Steemit on this?
