I agree @liondani.  I am getting drug into this because I defended him - not his past mistakes - and now I am getting attacked for knowing the guy.

Personally I am not sure where I am getting drug into this conversation other than I have had a few business entities with Mark pre-Banx and post.

Seriously, if you are champions of the community, I would think you would behave in a more honorable fashion.  Obviously my mistake for assuming that.  You don't want to have a real conversation, because if you did it would be done without all of the attacks and name calling and harassment. 

The details of our business arrangements are found filed in appropriate offices, and a part of public record.  Feel free to go get them yourself and not demand like a child.  IF you were in fact asking nicely without calling names and saying things about me, I would consider discussing this matter more with you, but you have already made it clear several times that you have no interest in the truth.

I do not have any control over what Mark chooses to do with his share of his money, or his shares of businesses. 

If he wants to give them to Banx holders or use it to pay back investors from a previous project that failed as he has said he is doing, then good on him.   I also see MANY of his other previous investors here on Steemit, many of whom Mark actually brought here, many of whom defend him and his actions.  I have seen a few that were not happy as well, as can be expected.

Remittio is still active, DMT is still active, Lottoshares donations were all refunded 100% so I am not sure what that has to do with anything other than prove that Mark didn't scam anyone there.
