What kind of synchronicities happen to you? Someone describes the following pattern: one sees a person and erroneously thinks it is X, but a short time afterwards one really sees X. I am afraid this has never happened to me, as far as I can remember. The closest to it was a month ago. I saw a person at a bus stop and thought for two seconds she was a certain former classmate of mine, after realizing my error I thought that perhaps shortly afterwards I would really see her and it would be my first time of this type of synchronicity. Then I got on the bus, and there WAS another woman, who was resembling my former classmate even more than the first one, but it still wasn´t her, and I haven´t met my classmate since. What happens to me quite frequently is this: I watch television and peruse the newspapers simultaneously, for example, and I hear and see the same word at the same time, sometimes a most unprobable word or name, and - never a split second too soon or too late. Quite recently this has happened twice in a row (at 15 minutes´ interval?). I was on youtube listening to some stuff on our current geopolitical situation, the voice said "rocket launcher," and at the same moment my eye fell on the other videos youtube was offering to me (which I hadn´t seen before, at least consciously): Rocket Launcher Please - a chess video by Mato Jelič, who was featuring in it a game by Alekhine vs. Reilly. (Wikipedia: Alekhine's gun is a formation in chess named after the former World Chess Champion, Alexander Alekhine. This formation was named after a game he played against Aron Nimzowitsch in San Remo 1930, ending with Alekhine’s decisive victory. The idea consists of placing the two rooks stacked one behind another and the queen at the rear. This can lead to massive damage to the opponent as it usually marks the beginning of the final assault (in this case it was only four moves before resignation). In rare cases it can be two queens and one rook on the same file.) Then I was listening to Jeff Berwick´s channel (who seems to be quite famous here at steemit, or is he a persona non grata?), he said "reality," at the same time I was also reading a wikipedia text in Czech on pokemon, how it blends fiction and reality etc., and the two "realities" met. Reality and reality, the first heard in English, the second seen in Czech, but, and here comes the subtlety, the Czech word was not in its first grammatical case, because the Czech word for reality is "realita", not reality... 1. realita reality 2. REALITY of reality 3. realitě to reality 4. realitu (I see) reality 5. realito (Hey, you) reality 6. realitě about reality 7. realitou with reality You see, it (the synchronicity) had to choose the right form... I wonder only if the whole thing might mean something else to me. Am I living a life that is real enough? Am I supposed to launch an Alekhine gun or cannon or rocket and meet with all of my former classmates and play chess with them for real, not only on www.chess.com? Or may be it just means I shouldn´t try to do two things at once, be more focused...
