Do you want to have a porcelain Skin? If that’s what you are looking for, then follow these 4 fast, cheap, and easy to make steps. Step #1 Ingest lots of water. We all know that 70% of the human body is made out of water; however the amount of water we consume is low according to the one we actually need to maintain our body stable. The minimum amount of water for an adult are the equivalent of 8 glasses of water and remember that each glass most have 240 cc. Sometimes if we are not used to the idea of ingesting that much water it turns hard for us to achieve the goal on the 24 hours of our day, despite that there is more practical way to make it: - One glass when you wake up. - One glass with each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - Distribute the other 4 glasses of water along the day, for example at 8 am, 11 am, 3 pm and 6 pm and you can also set alarms to remind you when it’s time to drink some water.  Step #2 ¡Bye bye impurities! Before going to sleep we should create the habit of making a very exhaustive cleanse of our body, using a lot of water, a neutral pH soap that allows you to remove every impurity that might be on your skin after a day of work. This way we can guaranteed that during the dream, the skin has a satisfying breathing process which favors dermic elasticity. It is recommended to use any exfoliating product at least once a week in order to get a more intense cleaning process.  Step #3 Protect it from UV rays It is well known that Solar light has negative effects and especially the ones from the UV rays at a dermatological level, that’s why we must create the habit of using a 40°-50° solar protector/blocker at first hour in the morning (even if it is a cloudy day). This habit protects us from suffering dermal diseases such as skin cancer and others.  Step #4 Nourish your skin Last but never the least it is very important to use substances that favors skin rejuvenation such as the application of tonics or masks that we can make easily on our home. My favorite of all times, full of antioxidants can be obtained by mixing 1 spoonful of grain oat, 1 spoonful of Honey and 3 spoonful of natural yoghurt. Apply it in the night after doing your everyday cleaning process, and let it work for about 10 minutes and do it 2 times a week.
