Since I'm in school, work and course, during these days I've been thinking of how to make more productive and how to find some time for myself. I think too many of you share the same problem with me in time management and decided to write some suggestions in the hope that they will help you a little bit.

1. Wake up early in the morning
Set yourself to wake up as early as possible. You do not have to get ready fast and get stressed in the morning for 1 hour more sleep. Eat something, drink a glass of tea or coffee and you will be full of energy for the day that awaits you.

2. Keep a note block
Every evening, make a list of things you should end up coming the next day. When I say this, I do not mean to go back to robots and create a boring routine, but to arrange the day in the most productive way, not forgetting anything, especially the most important ones. You are people and it may even happen that you forget, but such a block will not let you down. You can also try alarms on the phone if you do not like the idea of ​​the block.

3. Settle your clothes in the evening
It may seem like something small, but girls who care much about their outfits understand me best. There are days you are not at all humorous and you can not decide what to wear, so you're late for school or work and those minutes of tranquility you want to cost yourself disappear as you never understood. So look at the weather forecast in the evening and decide what to wear the next day. Would you thank yourself, believe me!
4. Identify the people with whom you spend time
By growing up, we realize that time is really precious, so be sure to choose the people you share the day or even a coffee. Every second is worthwhile and can bring a change in your life! Stay with positive persons, dear workers, with people who believe in the beauty of your dreams and not with those who, from every word they extract, emit only negative energy!

5. Less Instagram, more books
I am not allowed to say this because I am a blogger and Instagram has helped me endlessly and is very necessary to me, but people are becoming addicted to it and that is very wrong. Use Instagram to inspire and inspire, to get and give something, but do not stay hours and hours behind it forgetting reality. This year, give yourself more time for a beautiful book or time with your beloved ones.
6. Stand Positively
If you are all the time stressful and anxious, you will not be able to choose anything and even less to find a few minutes for yourself. This year, donate love and smile more. Do as many things as you like and say "No" when you have to say. You do not have to do anything if you do not feel it. Take on a physical activity, eat healthy, and take care of the people you love. Think positively, do good, and the universe will only return you beautiful things.
