#### Expected Behavior
When the transferred amount is entered in .xx format, either transfer window should throw an error or make the conversion to x.xx format internally.

#### Actual Behavior
When the amount is entered in .xx format, system doesn't throw an error. After clicking on Continue, steemconnect throws an error.

#### Steps to Reproduce
- Go to any profile (ex https://hede.io/@ercu)
- Click on the ... next to profile name and click on transfer.
- In the transfer window, enter amount as .01
- Click on continue
- Steemconnect throws error
