 **Steemit community promised rewarding good content creators, but things are changing here, disappointments for those who are putting a lot of energy and time to create good content on steemit i realize this fact.**

The above statement was made by a fellow steemian on one of my discord chat today.
I was preparing to write my normal motivational post, but the moment I saw the above statement/mindset, I decided to postpone my normal daily motivational writeup and quickly do justice and correction to the above statement.

Truth be told, the statement made above is absolutely right, but they is a right approach to taggle and resolve every issue, you can't use complain and worrying to resolve any issue because worry is a negative emotion, and to profer solution to a negative issue, you must adopt a positive strategy, mindset and a right approach. 


Steemit is a very big community with different mindsets and behavior, normally, everyone likes good things, everyone will want to follow, comment and curate someone who is highly influencial with a fat STEEM POWER so as to get favour in terms of upvotes from them while neglecting those with low STEEM POWER, but the truth remains that those who are **whales(professional)** today where once a **minow(beginner)** yesterday, but they grew theirselve from grass to grace, they also past through what most minows are passing through, for those who does this act of negligence, does it mean that the minows whom you are neglecting today will never becomes a whale tomorrow?


The answer to the above question is NO, anyone who is a minow today, if he/she puts the right attitude, strategy and hardwork in place, he/she will sooner or later become a whale, then if that is the fact, why not grow together, help each other and affect each other possitively?

I am not of the opinion that you should neglect the whales, but I am strongly of the opinion that while associating with the whales,do well to also mingle with those who are not yet whales; the minows, and grow together with them because one day they too will become a whale, follow, comment and curate original and good content for by doing this, you will inturn get more followers, upvotes and comments in your articles.

As for the original and good content creators who seems to be neglected, I will tell you to never giveup doing the best you can do, don't think that people are not noticing you, many people are noticing you, keep on adding more value to the community and when the [tipping point](https://steemit.com/motivation/@mike4christ/the-tipping-point-100) reaches, you will surely get the reward of your job.

The guy was doing his normal blogging not knowing that people were watching him, but yesterday was his [tipping point](https://steemit.com/motivation/@mike4christ/the-tipping-point-100), what ever you are doing, keep doing it right and when your work gets to the  [tipping point](https://steemit.com/motivation/@mike4christ/the-tipping-point-100), you too will be rewarded.

Do the best you can do to help yourself instead of worrying and complaning, keep adding value by publishing value added and original content, engaging people by reading, upvoting and commenting creatively for through these activities, you will get noticed by others thereby getting more followers which at a long run enable you earn more from the platform, also it is a necessity you invest in the platform so as to acquire more STEEM POWER which will make you more influencial too, you too can become that which people will want to follow if only you will **invest in steemit,** for all those who are whales today has invested both their time, talents and treasure, so don't expect to get something while you've given(invested) nothing.
