Hi, Mr. Vuong. Thank you for participating in this interview.

<b>The tokensale will start soon. How did you prepare for it?</b>
We are running the Proof of Care program before the whitelist. It is how we do the public sale. 1350 members from PoC program will get whitelisted. Since it is announced, nothing will change.

<b>TomoCoin has some ambitious plans. Where do you see TomoCoin in the year 2020?</b>
Our goal is to have millions of users use tomochain and applications on TomoChain. We aim for TomoCoin to become the store of value and the reserve digital asset for Tomo ecosystem.

<b>If investors get into the proof of care ICO. Will they be sure to get to buy tokens or will there be a gas war to get in?</b>
We can't guarantee a slot on the whitelist since there are many other submissions. But no gas war for sure. We process all submissions and choose 1350 people to get whitelisted and we divide them into three tiers and their effort will tell if they get into tier 1, 2 or 3. We want to reward the community members who spread the word and supports us based on their work.

<b>Why did you decide to do a proof of care ICO?</b>
All we want is to invite those who have actively supported the blockchain development and/or our project from the beginning until now. Being fair and being equal is way different. And PoC is a program where we can show respect to active and supportive members who help us improve our products and connect us to the community. It is a good way to avoid gas war and wasted time as well. 
Plus, 1000 out of 1350 submissions will be a lottery, so I'm sure everyone will have an equal opportunity to join us.
