The Decline and Fall of the American Empire
The last last thing I would recommend people to do is spend their valuable time watching, discussing or arguing about the political system in the USSA. It’s such a bad clown show these days I doubt the WWE would claim it. (Not that it’s much better elsewhere)

But there is something going on that I think people should take note of. It’s the decline and fall of the US military and to a lesser extent the US intelligence control system.

It’s clear the bureaucratic factions within the US military and intelligence that are aligned with the “defense” industry and those who supply the kickbacks, are in charge. Corruption rather than any kind of coherent foreign policy is the rule. And it’s beginning to show through just like the last days of the Roman Empire.

It’s also clear that over the years the Pentagon has rid itself of anyone with strategic or tactical aptitude in favor of those who will sell their mother for an extra buck. With that sort of carelessness and inability comes the numerous conflicts around the world the US military finds itself engaged in. It’s to the point that one has to look for a place the US military isn’t involved. But as the Pentagon has become a larger and fatter behemoth, extending itself further and further… it is obviously stretching to the point that just about everyone else in the world that prides themselves at knowing the craft of soldiering know it. They are very aware how precarious the US military has positioned itself.

Anyone with a basic education can read a 2000+ year old book called “The Art of War” and check off all the mistakes the US military is making. The worst one is depleting the economy of the homeland. But being that the Pentagon has become as bloated a bureaucracy as the rest of the government in Washington DC… I doubt anyone there has even taken the time to crack a book. Those who have are certainly scratching their heads.

There’s a great deal of signs of impending chaos for the US military but I’ll point out three things that demonstrate the cracks are showing like fissures before a landslide: The ridiculous F-35 fighter program, the Syrian fiasco, and the recent Battle of Kurkuk. In each of these cases the American military demonstrated itself to be entirely inept and incapable of planning and executing or even being able to control their combatants.

One man rescued the Pentagon and the USAF and probably kept them relevant for another couple decades. His name was Col. John Boyd. A fighter pilot turned strategist who almost single handedly pushed the F-15, F-16 and A-10 into service. T<some of the most effective and successful military aircraft ever. He also taught enough staff officers at the Pentagon tactics that they were able to pull off Desert Storm in 100 hours. However, that crop of officers is long gone and it’s clear that’s the case with the F-35. An aircraft that is promoted as being everything to everybody… a sort of Swiss Army knife of airpower when the reality is it’s already obsolete… and even if it wasn’t, it’s a turd. It’s wing area is too small to carry a decent bomb load or maneuver, it’s fuel tanks are too small for it to even carry out its mission and when it’s put up against aircraft 40 years older, it loses. Not to mention it’s secret stealth technology has already been widely figured out… so the enemy can see it coming. Why would they buy it? It’s about as effective as a WWI biplane! It’s all about he money. Like everything in Washington.

Second, the Syrian Civil War and the main protagonists (ISIS) were entirely a mercenary army assembled and supplied by Pentagon cronies. The fact that it was so easily dispatched by what amounts to a squadron of Russian aircraft and the ill equipped and trained Syrian Army definitely turns the heads of those who know better.

Finally, the Battle of Kurkuk, which apparently has just started between two US supplied and trained armies shows just how little control the Pentagon has of its, for lack of a better word, mercenaries. The Pentagon finds itself in a bit of a quandary as both sides don’t have much to offer in regard to benefits in siding with them… but they do use weapons! And American taxpayers are willing to look the other way as their tax money pays for them!

I spent enough time in the military to know what to look for. As a young man I dedicated years of time studying and wanting to know about soldiering, War and conflict. At that time I thought it was an honorable profession and pursuit. As time wore on and I took note of the things going on around me. There seemed to be so many contradictions I just couldn’t seem to explain. Many years later I can confidently say I know enough to see and understand clearly what is going on… and it’s one more reason I left the USSA.

The American Empire is collapsing and the writing's on the wall. It may implode slowly or it may go the way of the South Vietnamese Army in 1975. But one thing is certain. The heyday of the US military is over. It’s all downhill from here.

What will transpire is anyone’s guess but my money's on chaos in the short term. The Pentagon has spent trillions not only on weapons and training but also on building armies of mercenaries. As a rule of thumb, when looking at soldiers from any particular country, if they’re wearing US supplied uniforms, carrying US supplied equipment and driving around in US supplied vehicles.. They’re probably really Pentagon mercenaries. Much more aligned with them than the local puppet government. Not to mention all the “private” security firms. So, with the decline and fall of the Pentagon, there will be more than enough soldiers for hire out there in the world and being that that’s their livelihood and it’s probably the only occupation they know, it is going to mean the potential for a lot of conflict ahead.

In addition, many US and multinational companies and executives have offshored trillions that they will have access to…. And with ethics and morals certainly not something they are that concerned about, wherever an entity, a corporation, a cartel or a billionaire is willing to pay to get what they want. In the vacuum of the American Empire, you're probably going to find mercenaries and the potential for bloodshed over it.

It would probably be wise being up on and in the know of those who might know what to do in those circumstances. The good news is, this is a bit of speculation on my part, a good portion of the mercenaries still have families and loved ones they want to keep safe and are willing to fight for and protect. They might even offer a discount for a good cause. The smartest ones probably even treasure the NAP even more than Anarchists. Being that they know the horrors of War firsthand.
