How to cool and cool, vent and exhaust 8 new antminers s9's from bitmain
Hi guys

So I need some help or advice please.

I have 8 Antminer S9s in a 300sqft room. My bitcoin miners are on a grounded wire shelving unit. There are 2 miners on the each level. So currently these antminers are exhausting allot of hot air! I mean allot. From what I have read i believe its around 200 CFM per mining machine!

I made a quick video for you guys to see what I am running so you can help. I will put the link at the end.

On the 8 Antminers I have the 4 inch coupling reducers hooked up to 4 inches insulated exhaust line. These 4 inch exhaust lines are hooked up to a custom duct box that we made to vent the air out through the attic and out the side of the house.

The issue is when I hook up insulated line the machines start to get very hot. Some of the Antminers GUI said the chips were at around 100 degrees!

I quickly took off all the antminer s9 fan shrouding and insulated duct.

I ordered 8 individual 4 inch duct fans to help exhaust each miner into the vent box but do you think that will do it?

Also what about bringing in fresh air? Can I just tap into the central A/C?

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me with my setup so I can efficiently cool these things!!

Here is the setup that I am running;

Its one of my first videos so excuse the quality.
