Sometimes it's better to be a little bit selfish, at least it would protect you from taking decisions that would have destroyed you. This is the comment I made in someone's death news who committed suicide and one of my friends wrote about the incident. He had written on how we should act and what the social responsibilities are to prevent such cases, actually I have written those thoughts so I am not gonna repeat those but yeah, I am gonna highlight the comment I just made there, about being a little bit selfish. 

Usually, these kinda suicidal tendencies arise at the end of teenage and during adulthood,  to be more specific I think the age gap belongs around 20 to 28 I am in this age range so I can relate to the situations someone may go through. Life has not been easier for anyone, more or less everyone is going through shit.

Being selfish helps us to know our worth rather than the thoughts of eliminating ourselves. There are so many things to live for even after we see no way ahead, it's just some rays of light we need to seek for ourselves to end the darkness,  that's what we should be aiming for, look for the light for our own good instead of putting a full-stop. No matter how much one tries to pretend like a saint, they can't be, in any way he or she has some unpleasant doing from which many want an easy escape so there is no harm in making that list a little longer by adding a little bit of selfishness just to live and get a way out of the mess.
