[Day 14 & 15] "Doing PLANK" 1 min PLANK challenge for 30 days [30天平板支撐挑戰] @miniu

One of the lessons that I got from this plank challenge:

Don't look at the stopwatch. You might give up halfway because of your negative thinking.

My way of counting 1 min is using stopwatch, instead of timer. I don't know the reason behindof doing this, but I realise something:
Whenever I start to feel sore and look up the stopwatch immediately (most of the time it shows 40 secs), I will feel even more struggle to complete the remaining 15 secs: “still left 15 secs, it's too long #%&#”...

Today, I tried to not checking the stopwatch when I started to feel the soreness. I only checked the time when I stopped doing the Plank. Surprisingly, it exceeded 1min!! 😲😲😲

Somehow I am reminded with the phrases:

> God does not disclose your way to success immediately as if He do so, you might give up halfway due to what you see along the way. So, go with the flow. Slowly, you will achieve it.

Wow. What an unexpected lesson. 😆
