#TalentTuesday is being initiated and introduced to our Steemit groups Minnow Boot Camp and Minnow Boot Camp/MEPS, those that are currently members will be able to nominate each other to obtain awards. The Officer's Club decided it was about time we started to recognize those that are not normally given meritorious citations as we call it in the military.

That said, every Tuesday we are asking our members to nominate someone who the week prior has caught your attention for extraordinary content. What is the award you might ask?
