First, I would like to recognize one of our Captains, @anjkara.  She alerted the other Captains and myself to the fact that the votes cast by the MBC account were somewhat lopsided. This is mainly from two things,  number One is from the early days when here were only like 5 people on the voter rolls and most of the voting was done manually.  Number Two is that I was doing some manual voting with 2 accounts open, and there were times I was on MBC account when I should have been using the Undie account.  I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY, and I have also a series of proposals to correct these things.
1.  Adjustments to the auto-voter have been made to correct the imbalance. 
2. MANUAL VOTING will now be on an Officer Nominating procedure.
3. At some point I want to have a "suggestion box" for Boot Camp Members to put in names for their fellow members that are putting out great content! I'd like to see a focus on charitable and community works, as opposed to just "good content".   

Now I'd like to talk more about Capt. ANJKARA!  Here's her lovely face!  :-)

This gorgeous lady is one of the three Captains, who oversee this program. She is working on the curriculum, for the most part. Plus overseeing the operation of the MBC account, as noted above! We have 2 other Captains who cover QC&D (Quality Control and Discipline) which would be @eaglespirit, and then the Technical Realm and Coding, covered by @eonwarped!  There's your whole officer team, but for now we will focus on Anj. 

I first met Anj when I saw a highly entertaining post about "Penis Shrinkage" and I knew I had to read it. I thought I could go one of 3 ways... Informative, Entertaining, or Male Bashing :D  FORTUNATELY it was a combination of informative and entertaining, with maybe a slight hint of laughing at the "male ego" without the bashing.  I was HOOKED!  :D  Anj is already making a great Captain, she has fleshed out the outline for the curriculum and we are about to put some real meat in that program.  Once the "Boot Camp" minnows hit 1000SP it is GRADUATION, and then on into DOLPHIN Training!
