material :

250 grams mawa, 100 grams of paneer, 30 grams of flour, 1 tbsp of cashew nuts cut into small pieces, 1 table spoon raisins, 600 grams of sugar, enough ghee to fry

Method :

To make the syrup, add sugar and one half of the water to a deep pan. Cook on low flame. Then, 1-2 drops out of the solution of the syrup, leak on the plate and peek between the finger. If the syrup is sticking between the finger, then understand that it is ready. If not sticking, then cook a bit more.

2. To make Gulab Jamun, make a soft and smooth loin by adding paneer and flour in a big loin. Now make small tablets from this. In between, make 3-4 pieces of cashews and a raisin filled with round and smooth. Keep in the plate Make all the same way.

3. Heat the ghee in a pan. Put 3-4 balls in it and make it golden on a low flame.

4. Do not rub the rosemary berries while cooking it, but put hot ghee on it. Keep it separate when it's golden. After cooling, add all rose berries in the syrup for 1-2 hours. Rose berries are ready. Serve them by heating or cooling.
