Materials Flax Seeds and Spinach Spinach - Ingredients needed for Flax Seeds and Paalak ke Paronthe

 

    Alive - Olive- 1/4

    Spinach Schrad - Shredded Spinach - Used

    Dough - Flour - 1 ½ cup + Dust

    Whole Dry Coriander - Dhaniya- ½ cup

    Fennel - Saunf- 2 teaspoons

    Cumin - Jeera- ¼

    Dry Red Chilly - Dry Red Chilly - 2-3

    Black Pepper - Black Pepper-10-12

    Cloves - Cloves - 2-4

    Green Chili Finely Chopped - Green Chilly-1-2

    Onion finely chopped 1 small-small Onion

    Celery - Ajwain - 1 tbsp

    Garam Masala Powder - Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tablespoon

    Red Chilly Powder - Red Chilly Powder - ½ tsp

    Black salt - Black Salt-½ spoon

    Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon

    Turmeric powder - Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon

    Salt as per taste: Salt as per taste

    Curd - Curd- ½ cup

    Oil - Refined Oil- 1 Big Spoon



How to Make Flax Seeds and Recipes for Making Flax Seeds and Spinachs Parathhe

In a non stick pan, roast the dough until it becomes fragrant (flavour) to the linseed, coriander seeds, fennel, cumin, dry red pepper, black pepper and cloves.

Add spinach, green chili, onion, celery, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, black salt, amchoor, turmeric powder, salt and grilled spices.

Make a cavity in that time, add curd and dip into it. Sprinkle slightly water from above and knead again. Then add a big spoon oil and knead it into a soft bowl and put it in a bowl.
