Add spinach, green chili, onion, celery, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, black salt, amchoor, turmeric powder, salt and grilled spices. Make a cavity in that time, add curd and dip into it. Sprinkle slightly water from above and knead again. Then add a big spoon oil and knead it into a soft bowl and put it in a bowl. Heat a non stick tava. Then place the fold in equal parts and put them on the dashed workstation and roll them into thin round shapes. Make drizzle from top of a little oil and sprinkle dough and make a square by folding all four corners. Then take them bell in square parantha.
