Today I want to join the new initiative that bring the community of @Aliento and friends of @escuadron201 in which we are posed two very interesting questions: How do we think they should be the Hivers? And how do I think they should evolve within this platform, and I want to give my point of view based on my experience in Hive Blog.

Y ¿Como pienso que deberían evolucionar dentro de esta plataforma, y yo quiero dar mi punto de vista en base a mi experiencia en Hive Blog.

> ##### What do I think Hivers should be like?

In the time I've been using Hive, I've had the support of several friends who have already been in this world for a long time. And little by little I have been creating new friendships with users who are dedicated to the same as me. But I want to comment, not everything is rosy in Hive, there are also users that are difficult to access, that's why I think that *the Hivers should be more interactive* especially users who have been in this platform for a long time and already have a level and recognition for their career. I think they should be more of a support for new users and help them to advance, because everyone at some point was new and I am sure they had a helping hand that helped them in their beginnings.

I also think they should be more dynamic in what refers to their posts, try to reach the reader in different ways, create a connection with the one who reads them, that way a friendly atmosphere is generated between the one who posts and the one who reads the posts, that would be really great.

En el tiempo que llevo usando Hive, he contado con el apoyo de varios amigos que ya tienen tiempo consolidados en este mundo. Y poco a poco he ido creando nuevas amistades con usuarios que se dedican a lo mismo que yo. Pero les quiero comentar, no todo es color de rosa en Hive, también hay usuarios que son de difícil acceso, es por eso que yo opino que *los Hivers deberían ser mas interactivos* especialmente los usuarios que ya llevan mucho tiempo en esta plataforma y ya tienen un nivel y un reconocimiento por su trayectoria. Yo creo que deberían ser más un apoyo para los nuevos usuarios y ayudarlos a avanzar, porque todos en algún momento fueron nuevos y estoy segura que tuvieron una mano amiga que los ayudo en sus comienzos.

También opino que deberían ser mas dinámicos en lo que refiere a sus post, tratar de llegar al lector de diversas maneras, crear una conexión con quien los lee, de esa manera se genera un ambiente amigable entre el que postea y quien lee los post, eso sería realmente genial.

##### How do I think hivers should evolve?

To evolve into a hive you need to be a dedicated, friendly blogger, I think your evolution should lie in your posts and in your dynamism. A good Hiver should focus on improving their posts every day, create original and attractive content for the reader. In the future to reach more communities, create more diverse posts and interact with more users, in short, I think its evolution lies in going beyond its *comfort zone.

Para evolucionar en hive se requiere ser un bloguero dedicado, amigable, yo creo que su evolución debería radicar es sus post y en su dinamismo. Un buen Hiver debe enfocarse en mejorar cada día sus publicaciones, crear contenidos originales y llamativos para el lector. En un futuro poder llegar a mas comunidades, crear post más diversos e interactuar con mas usuarios, en fin, pienso que su evolución está en ir mas allá de su *zona de confort.*

The world of Hive has been a challenge for me, I went from knowing absolutely nothing about this Blockchain, to being able to manage my blog very easily, I learned to post, to write what is necessary to achieve a post that the reader likes, little by little I have learned to use codes to make my posts more colorful and eye-catching. I learned which are the ideal types of tags for each post and for each community, the correct use of fonts and much more. I know that I will continue to evolve and that with a lot of dedication and love for what I do I will reach the reader. My goal is to become a recognized Hiver and in the future with my support, to help new users to grow in this great platform.

El mundo de Hive ha sido todo un reto para mi, pase de no saber absolutamente nada de esta Blockchain, a poder manejar con mucha facilidad  mi blog, aprendí a postear, a escribir lo necesario para lograr un post que guste al lector, poco a poco he aprendido a usar códigos para que mis posts sean mas vistosos y llamativos. Aprendí cuales son los tipos de etiquetas ideales para cada post y para cada comunidad, el uso correcto de las fuentes y mucho más. Sé que seguiré evolucionando y que con mucha entrega y amor a lo que hago llegaré al lector. Mi objetivo es convertirme en una reconocida Hiver y en un futuro con mi apoyo, poder ayudar a nuevos usuarios a crecer en esta grandiosa plataforma.
