Evening primroses is flower that opens at night and closes at day. When evening primroses spread it seeds you will get, next year, full backyard of these flowers. Oil that this flowers produce is very healthy for acne, reduces high cholesterol etc. Women in pregnancy uses it for preventing high blood pressure, preventing late deliveries etc. 
All in all, it's pretty healthy flower for your health. :)
