Read here Easy Recipes of Malaysian Noodles -</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>material-</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>2 tablespoon oil</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 t-spoon crushed garlic</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/2 cup thin sliced green onions</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/2 cup thin-sliced capsicum</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/2 cup sliced carrots</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 cup bean sprouts</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 table-spoon lemon juice</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 t-spoon red chilli powder</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 t-spoon sugar</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 t-spoon soy sauce</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>2 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>salt to taste</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1/2 cups of paneer or tofu pieces</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>2 cups boiled flat noodles</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>to decorate</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>1 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>1 tablespoon chopped green onion leaves</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>Method -</strong></em></p> <p><br></p> <p><em><strong>Heat oil over high flame in a walk or deep non-stick embroidery, add garlic and onion and roast on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Add capsicum and roast on medium flame for 1 minute.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Add carrots and roast on medium flame for 1 minute.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Add bean sprouts and fry them on medium flame for 1 minute.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Mix lemon juice, red chilli powder, sugar, soya sauce and peanuts and mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 minute, stirring in the middle.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Add salt and cottage cheese and mix them in the hands and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Add the noodles and mix it lightly and stir in between, for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Serve immediately with peanuts and green onion leaves and serve them immediately.</strong></em></p> </html>
