I was in Amsterdam and was on my way to meet Roeland on this day. Enroute I had to walk past a canal and I spotted quite a few birds. 

It's really cool that the Dutch have introduced ducks and swans in their canals and artificial ponds they have created.

Saw this big Swan and I made some noise to get its attention and it came closer. I kept walking slowly and it seemed to tag along for a bit. Eventually it lost interest as I wasn't going to feed it.

These are simple things and we don't have them where I live. Although it would be nice if there were such canals and birds in them.
