I first discovered *Wok To Walk* on my travels to Portugal a couple of years ago and since then it has been my favorite outlet for a noddles fix!

So on my travels to Amsterdam last week, I was pleasantly surprised that there were several *Wok to Walk* located within the city and so was looking forward to indulging.

The reason why I love this restaurant  so much is that, it offers great healthy vegetarian options that is custom made in front of you!

Of course *Wok to Walk* also caters for meat lovers as well, but they are one of the few outlets that offer such variety and balance.

They have a simple 3 step menu where you select your base noodles or rice, other favorite ingredients and a sauce:

And within minutes the Chef will prepare the perfect noodles or rice dish to:

I certainly did indulge by both eating in and doing a take away!

My favorite is hands down is a combination of:

Whole-wheat noddles base, with Tofu, Mixed Peppers, Cashews with Hot Asia sauce with fried onion flakes sprinkled on the top!

 Several *Wok to Walk* restaurants have now opened up in London, so look forward to more noodle fixes more often :)
