We would not find it attractive, if there were no apps. However, for developing these apps and softwares, we need the services of computer programmers or software developers. According to a report from VisionMobile, 4.5 million developers would be required by 2020 to contribute to app development. Thus it is obvious that we need abundance of skilled resources and huge capital for app development.</p> <p>Another thing is that to run these computer programs, there is a global need of a high computing power utilization. It aims to enable non-developers or non-technical population with no coding and programming knowledge to create decentralized apps on the decentralized cloud without writing the code, thus diminishing the need to be dependent on the developers or pay to get the desired technology. Further, it would harness or bring into use the processing resources of computational devices in exchange for reward.</p> <h2><strong>Crowd Computer</strong></h2> <p>Crowd computer is a decentralized, peer-to-peer network that executes decentralized apps and blockchain smart contracts using shared computing power. Crowd Computer aims to replace the public cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services and Azure.</p> <p>As we know that it requires capital to develop and maintain servers, especially in large corporations, Crowd Computer would utilize the unused computational resources of the internet users, and the device owners who allow their devices to perform these actions get incentives in the form of Crowd Machine Compute Tokens, or CMCT; thus it is a great way to monetize one’s computational power that is otherwise not being used. All the devices in the Crowd Machine network, such as laptops, desktops, mobile phones or servers can be seen as a global decentralized processor.</p> <h2>Crowd App Studio</h2> <p>Crowd Machine aims to enable the people with no programming background or skills to develop blockchain-based and traditional applications through Crowd App Studio and deploy them to the Crowd Computer. App owners also need these tokens to be able to host their apps on Crowd Computer.</p> <h2>Get Rewards in CMCT</h2> <p>Crowd Machine rewards the app creator in CMCT for contributing their source code to the Crowd Share repository. The coder is compensated each time the source code is used on Crowd Computer.
