Please notice that the headline went from "WILL" to "COULD" hit near zero.

Now also look at the title that REUTERS gives their photograph in the second picture.
 
The first photograph was from my google history screen.

Can anyone explain the discrepency other than for the purposes of misdirection? 

Have the words COULD and WILL taken on different definitions?

let me ask COULD gold go to ZERO?  " COULD" ANYTHING go to zero given the right set of circumstances?

These manipulators and story tellers , if they were concerned at all with the truth, if they really wanted to  help folks looking for information to help them make better informed decisions would talk probabilities and historical trends and not just cut and paste the deception fed them by New World Order types in the Banking cartels and News organization "pools" like Reuters and the AP
