Today I come back to this community to share with you what was my vegan lunch today: I prepared a delicious and healthy soy meat in tomato and carrot sauce for pasta.

I wanted to prepare this delicious dish accompanied with soy meat, since I was about to make it a few days ago. The soybean has a high nutritional value because it is rich in minerals and vitamins, it also contains magnesium which is good for those who suffer from bones, it also contains phosphorus, calcium, iron, folic acid, zinc, fiber and others.

Soy meat is a vegetable protein that is ideal to substitute animal meat, it is very versatile because with it you can prepare a great variety of dishes such as: sauces, like the one I am presenting, empanadas, hamburgers, stuffed potatoes, among others.
The ingredients I used were the following:


# Ingredients
* 60 grams of soy meat
* 1 medium carrot
* 2 medium tomatoes
* 60 grams between (garlic porro, celery, white onion, paprika, coriander, paprika and white onion)
* 6 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ground noto, 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, salt and pepper.
* 250 grams of long vermicelli pasta
* 3 tablespoons corn oil, soy sauce and 1 and 1/2 cups of water.

# Step 1
Wash and soak the soybean meat for 2 hours before preparing it, I squeezed it to extract and vote the water, because it has a bitter taste and the view is a little unpleasant because it is yellowish color, this washing process I did three times for two hours.

# Step 2
Remove the skin from the carrot, cut into small squares. 
Similarly cut all the green garnishes and onion. Wash very well. Then take a pan with a cup of water and a little salt, place it on the stove, when it starts to boil place the carrot squares for 10 minutes or until it was soft, add the seasonings, starting first with the garlic, onion and let cook for 3 minutes, then place the rest of the seasonings, let cook 3 minutes more.

# Step 3
Cut the tomato, take it to the blender with ½ cup of water, blend and pour over the vegetables, let cook 5 minutes, add the soy well squeezed, stir and taste for seasoning, cover and let cook 10 minutes, turn off the stove, plate and serve on top of the pasta.

Good friends this has been all my content, I comment that this pasta dish accompanied with the sauce was delicious finger licking. This dish contains the proteins and nutrients necessary for our organism and in addition we are eating healthy which is the most important thing.

Saludos cordiales amigos de la comunidad de @plantpower, espero que todos estén pasando un excelente martes junto a su familia. Yo por acá bien gracias a Dios.

Hoy paso nuevamente por esta comunidad para compartirles lo que fue mí almuerzo vegano el día de hoy: prepare una deliciosa y saludable Carne de soya en salsa de tomate y zanahoria   para pasta.

Quise preparar este delicioso plato acompañado con carne de soya, ya que estaba por hacerla  desde hace unos días atrás. La soya  posee un alto valor nutritivo porque es rica en minerales y vitaminas, además contiene magnesio que es bueno para aquellas personas que sufren de los huesos, así mismo contiene fosforo, calcio, hierro, ácido fólico, zinc, fibras entre otros.

La carne de soya es una proteína vegetal que es ideal para sustituir la carne animal, es muy versátil porque con ella se pueden preparar gran variedad de platos como son:  salsas,  como la que les estoy presentando, empanadas, hamburguesas, papas rellenas , entre otros.
Los ingredientes que utilice fueron los siguientes:

# Ingredientes
* 60 gramos de carne de soya
* 1 zanahoria mediana
* 2 tomates medianos
* 60 gramos entre  (ajo porro, celery , cebolla blanca, pimentón, cilantro, pimentón  y cebolla blanca)
* 6  dientes de ajo, 1 cucharada de noto molido, 1 cucharada de comino molido,  sal y pimienta
* 250 gramos de pasta larga vermicelli
* 3 cucharadas de aceite de maíz, salsa de soya  y 1 y 1/2 taza de agua

# Paso 1
Lavar y remojar la carne de soya por 2 horas antes de prepararla, la exprimí para extraerle y votarle el agua, ya que esta tiene un sabor amargo y a la  vista es un poco desagradable porque es de color  amarillenta,  este proceso de lavado lo hice tres veces durante dos hora.

# Paso 2
Quitar la piel de la zanahoria, cortar en cuadros pequeños. 
De igual manera corte todo los aliños verdes y la cebolla. Lave muy bien. Posteriormente tome un sarten con una taza de agua y un poco de sal,  lo coloque en la estufa, al empezar a hervir coloque la zanahoria en cuadros por 10 minutos o hasta que estuviese blanda, agregue los aliños,  empezando primero por el ajo, la cebolla y deje cocinar por 3 minutos,  posteriormente coloque el resto de los aliños, deje cocinar 3 minutos más.

# Paso 3
Corte el tomate, lo lleve a la licuadora con ½ taza de agua, licue y vertí  encima de los vegetales, deje cocinar 5 minutos, agregue la soya bien exprimida, revolví y probé para ver cómo estaba de sazón, tape y deje cocinar 10 minutos, apague la estufa, emplate y serví encima de la pasta.

Buenos amigos esto ha sido todo mi contenido, les comento queeste plato de pasta acompañado con la salsa quedo delicioso de chuparse  los dedos. Este plato contiene las proteínas y nutrientes necesarios para nuestro organismo y además estamos comiendo sano que es lo más importante.
