En su artículo nos recomienda utilizar la herramienta S.M.A.R.T para  definir los objetivos de un emprendimiento, y comenzando el año que mejor manera para hacer las mediciones y ajustes necesarios. 

A mí manera de ver, me  sirvió para aclarar un poco el panorama de mi mente soñadora, fantasiosa y optimista que a veces me lleva por la calle de la amargura cuando no alcanzo mis objetivos.

Así que voy hacer uso de esta herramienta para aterrizar o definir cuáles serían mis objetivos en caso de considerar Hive como uno de mis emprendimientos.

Si hago de Hive un negocio,primero debería que indagar en qué consiste, cómo se génera  ingresos a través del uso de la plataforma.

Para ser honesta no he profundizado mucho sobre ese asunto. Lo poco que sé hasta el momento es que es una blockchain, que utiliza como criptomoneda el HBD, que se obtienen mediante votos al publicar contenido,bien sea escrito o videos, también se puede generar ingresos haciendo trading.

Se refiere tener una meta concreta y bien definida, respondiendo por ejemplo a estas preguntas:

***¿Quién está involucrado?***

Estoy yo, quien genera contenido, y las personas que interactúan en Hive, así como las comunidades que promueven espacios para generar contenido.

***¿Qué quiero lograr?***

Generar ingresos que superen los 200$ al mes.

***¿Dónde o de qué manera?*** 

Publicando contenido a través del uso de la plataforma Hive.

***¿Cuándo quiero conseguirlo?***

Este año, a partir del mes de enero 

***¿Cuáles son los obstáculos y las limitaciones que tengo para alcanzar el objetivo?***

Tengo como limitante el tiempo, ya que me ocupo de hacer otras cosas y no dedico tantas horas a la plataforma.

Por otro lado está la inspiración, no siempre fluyen las ideas al momento de escribir, por lo que la generación de post depende de mi estado de ánimo, tiempo y cuan inspirada para escribir esté.

***¿Por qué quiero conseguirlo?***  

Disfruto mucho escribír, y si puedo percibir ingresos por esta actividad es mejor todavía.

Se asocia a lo cuantificable,que me permite saber si el objetivo es alcanzable o no. Por acá algunas preguntas para guiarnos:

***¿Cuánto me cuesta generar contenido en hive?***

Está pregunta me puso en jaque, pues para publicar en Hive necesito tres cosas o recursos: tiempo, un dispositivo para escribir e internet. 

Esto me hizo cuestionarme  cuánto cuesta una hora de mi tiempo?, pues es el mayor recurso que estoy invirtiendo, y tardo en promedio una hora para hacer un post, a veces tardo más si me dedico a hacer diseños.

Todavía no sé responder  cuánto cuesta una hora de mi tiempo, pero sé que lo quiero invertir en actividades que me agreguen valor y lo disfrute.

En esta plataforma tengo la posibilidad de conocer muchas personas y estar en permanente creatividad. Por ahora es un beneficio no cuantificable.

Otro recurso es el internet y mi teléfono que si tengo ese monto definido para cada mes. 

***¿Cuántos post necesito publicar al mes para llegar a la meta económica mensual?***

Cómo tengo un añito en Hive, para responder a esta pregunta me base en la herramienta "Dashboard" que proporciona las estadísticas de mi desempeño en Hive durante el año pasado.

Si quisiera aumentar mis ingresos, en promedió requiero publicar unos 12 post al mes. Esto es un mínimo de 3 post a la semana.

Algo interesante es el valor que se obtiene por cada publicación. Esto parece algo aleatorio, porque a veces se gana mucho y otras poquito. De qué depende?. He detectado algunos factores que inciden en tener buenos votos:

👉Hora de publicar, por lo general a la media noche navega una que otra ballena.
👉Comunidad donde publicó,no he navegado por todas,pero  lo importante es sentirse a gusto y tener un buen feedback así que es mejor explorar tantas opciones como se pueda. 
👉Tema, tampoco hay una regla, depende de cuanto valor agregado le pueda generar el contenido a otros usuarios. Está comunidad de @beentrepreneur es una excelente opción para agregar valor desde nuestra experiencia.  
👉Tener seguidores que comenten, voten y den reblog al contenido.

Pero esto no es suficiente, el secreto está en dar tanto o más que recibir:
👉Dar 10 votos diarios, 
👉Comentar e interactuar en la plataforma. 
👉 Participar  en los programas de curaciones para escuchar sugerencias y que más personas te conozcan a través de Discord.

***¿Cómo sabré que lo he logrado?***

Revisando mi wallet, y las estadísticas que ofrece la herramienta.

Este es el tan temido cable a tierra que me dice si lo puedo lograr o no es factible. Entonces nos hacemos las siguientes preguntas:

***¿Cómo puedo alcanzar la meta que me fijé?***

1. Indagar más sobre el uso de la plataforma,conocer e interactuar más con personas que han alcanzado ese monto de ingreso mensual para saber cómo lo lograron.

2. Disciplinarme y tomarlo en serio.

***¿Cuán posible para mi es lograr el objetivo?***
100% posible.

**TIEMPO**

Si considero Hive como un emprendimiento, debería plantearme peldaños. Ya tengo un año dentro de la plataforma, no he sido constante, y mis metas económicas aún no son realistas....entonces es valido preguntarse:

***Cuándo deberá estar terminado?***

Me parece divertido e interesante generar contenido, así que no tengo límite de tiempo pero si quisiera alcanzar mi meta mensual de ingresos.

***¿Qué puedo hacer hoy, mañana, en seis semanas, en seis meses, etc.***

Publicar, interactuar más en la plataforma, aprender de los expertos, participar de los encuentros que nos dan más y mejores estrategias.

Entonces llegado a este punto, vuelvo a preguntarme puede ser de Hive mi emprendimiento?

Definitivamente si, y como todo en este juego de la vida necesito conocer las reglas de cómo opera la plataforma y si deseo llegar a la meta fijada ser más disciplinada.

In his article he recommends us to use the S.M.A.R.T. tool to define the objectives of a venture, and at the beginning of the year what better way to make the necessary measurements and adjustments. 

To my way of seeing, it helped me to clarify a little the panorama of my dreamy, fantasy and optimistic mind that sometimes leads me down the street of bitterness when I do not reach my goals.

So I will make use of this tool to land or define what my goals would be in case of considering Hive as one of my ventures.

If I make Hive a business, I should first find out what it is, how it generates income through the use of the platform.

To be honest I haven't really delved much into that subject. The little I know so far is that it is a blockchain, which uses HBD as a cryptocurrency, which are obtained through votes by publishing content, either written or videos, you can also generate income by trading.

It refers to having a concrete and well-defined goal, answering for example these questions:

**MEASURABLE**.

It is associated to the quantifiable, which allows me to know if the objective is achievable or not. Here are some questions to guide us:
***How much does it cost me to generate content on Hive?***

This question put me in check, because to publish in Hive I need three things or resources: time, a device to write and internet. 

This made me wonder how much an hour of my time costs? because it's the biggest resource I'm investing, and it takes me on average an hour to make a post, sometimes it takes me longer if I dedicate myself to make designs.

I still don't know how much an hour of my time costs, but I know that I want to invest it in activities that add value to me and that I enjoy.

On this platform I have the possibility to meet many people and be in permanent creativity. For now it is an unquantifiable benefit.

Another resource is the internet and my phone that if I have that amount defined for each month. 

***How many posts do I need to publish per month to reach the monthly economic goal?***

As I am one year old in Hive, to answer this question I based my answer on the "Dashboard" tool that provides the statistics of my performance in Hive during the last year.

If I want to increase my income, on average I need to publish about 12 posts per month. That is a minimum of 3 posts a week.

Something interesting is the value you get for each post. This seems a bit random, because sometimes you earn a lot and sometimes a little. What does it depend on? I have detected some factors that affect having good votes:

👉Time to publish, usually at midnight one or another whale sails.
👉Community where you posted,I haven't surfed all of them,but the important thing is to feel comfortable and have a good feedback so it's better to explore as many options as you can. 
👉Topic, there is no rule either, it depends on how much added value the content can generate to other users. This @beentrepreneur community is an excellent option to add value from our experience.  
👉 Having followers who comment, vote and reblog the content.

But this is not enough, the secret is to give as much or more than receive:
👉Give 10 votes daily, 
👉 Comment and interact on the platform. 
👉 Participate in curation shows to hear suggestions and have more people get to know you through Discord.

***How will I know I've made it***.

By checking my wallet, and the statistics provided by the tool.

This is the so dreaded ground wire that tells me if I can make it or it is not feasible. We then ask ourselves the following questions:

***How can I achieve the goal I set for myself***.

1. Find out more about the use of the platform, meet and interact more with people who have reached that amount of monthly income to know how they achieved it.

2. Discipline myself and take it seriously.

***How possible is it for me to achieve my goal?***
100% possible.

**TIME**

If I consider Hive as a venture, I should consider stepping stones. I'm already a year into the platform, I haven't been consistent, and my financial goals are not yet realistic.... so it's worth asking:

***When should it be finished?***

I find it fun and interesting to generate content, so I have no time limit but I would like to reach my monthly income goal.

***What can I do today, tomorrow, six weeks from now, six months from now, etc?.***

Publish, interact more on the platform, learn from experts, participate in meetings that give us more and better strategies.

So at this point, I ask myself again, can my venture be from Hive?

Definitely yes, and like everything in this game of life I need to know the rules of how the platform operates and if I want to reach the set goal to be more disciplined.
