Greetings everyone seeing this blog, how are you all doing today? I hope you all arw doing very amazing. I am very happy to share a blog with you guys though matter how tight my schedule. It is always a thing of joy to me any time i create a blog especially a diy post because i know at the end i am able to impact knowledge to some people here in hive.

Today i will be sharing a simple diy post on how i rebuild a old mini bus seat that was giving to me by my customer.

Looking at the seat you will see it look really bad and to some people here you will think is but possible to rebuild it and the only solution is to through it away and get a new seat, but i will proof to you i can turn the seat new without any magic.

Could you believe that was the rough seat you see at the beginning of it.
Going for a new seat will be cost compare to this one i do. Is not everyone that have money to go for new so is better re upholst it.

Since this is a diy post i will share with you guys some steps by steps i follow to make it real and if you can follow me you will fine it simple and easy to do it your self.

**Material/tools used**

- sewing machine 
- new leather 
- spanners
- chalk
- sewing tape etc.

To get the work done i first of all loose the seat separate for easy access to the hidden part of the seat with my spanners.

I then remove the old leather, try my best to replace foam at where it was cute off just to get back the shape of the seat. And then gum it together.

After getting back the shape of the seat, i then use my tape to measure out the length of each pattern of the seat in horizontal and vertical other.

I the transfer the measurements to the new leather, and then cut them out carefully. 
After cutting it out i then proceed to the forming of the sewing pattern by placing the cut leather at it position and then trace the shape, and that is how the new pattern is achieved.

After getting the pattern, i then place the pattern on a roof material and gum it together, cut it out for sewing process.

After getting the pattern ready, i then sew those pattern together to get my new seat cover ready.

Finally the seat cover is ready.

I then cover it with the new sew seat cover with the help of pliar and clips

After covering the both seat i then tight it back has before and here is the finally look of the seat.
