Hello friends. I will talk about what I did today. Today has been a day to eat a lot. We went to work late in the morning. So we had breakfast comfortably. I wanted to make one of our favorite foods for breakfast.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bugün neler yaptığımdan bahsedeceğim. Bugün bol yemek yemeli bir gün oldu. Sabah işe geç gittik. O yüzden rahatça kahvaltı yaptık. Kahvaltıda sevdiğimiz yiyeceklerden yapmak istedim.

I love mashed potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them, then add eggs to it. Pour the oil in which you fried the potato. Because it is more delicious to fry the egg in butter.

Patatesli yumurtayı çok severim. Patatesleri küp küp doğrayıp kızarttıktan sonra üzerine yumurta ekliyoruz. Patatesi kızarttığınız sıvı yağı dökün. Yumurtayı tereyağında kızartmak daha lezzetli oluyor çünkü.

I also made kuymak, which is our favorite food. Kuymak is the famous food of the Black Sea region. After frying the cornmeal in butter, I add water and salt. Then, after adding cheddar cheese, our kuymak is ready. I'm not very ambitious about cooking. I think I added less butter this time. It tastes better when you add a little more butter.

Yine çok sevdiğimiz yiyecek olan kuymak yaptım. Kuymak Karadeniz bölgesinin meşhur yiyeceğidir. Tereyağında mısır ununu kavurduktan sonra su ve tuz ekliyorum. Sonra kaşar peyniri de kattıktan sonra kuymağımız hazır. Ben kuymak konusunda çok iddialı değilim. Bu kez tereyağını az koymuşum sanırım. Tereyağını biraz daha fazla katınca daha güzel oluyor.

After we had our breakfast, we went to school. School wasn't too tiring today. I read the book I took with me during recess.

Since our students are in the 8th grade, they will take the high school exam. They work hard for it. We took our students who were successful in the exam attempt to the seminar. There was a high school entrance exam and a seminar on anxiety. The district director of national education gave a speech. Students from many schools participated. Afterwards, students were given food. Of course, the teachers were also given food.

Öğrencilerimiz 8. sınıf olduğu için lise sınavına girecekler. Onun için çok çalışıyorlar. Sınav denemesinde başarılı olan öğrencilerimizi seminere götürdük. Lise giriş sınavı ve kaygı ile ilgili seminer vardı. İlçe milli eğitim müdürü konuşma yaptı. Birçok okuldan öğrenciler katıldı. Daha sonra da öğrencilere yemek verildi. Öğretmenlere de yemek verildi tabi.

We have more students who are successful. But we don't take them all at once. It was the same seminar last month. And another group of successful students was taken away.

Başarılı olan daha fazla öğrencimiz var. Ama hepsini aynı anda götürmüyoruz. Geçen ay da aynı seminer olmuştu. Ve başarılı olan başka bir grup öğrencimiz götürülmüştü.

I think I like things where I'm on the go more. I get bored with my work in one place. Teaching is also a beautiful and favorite profession, but sometimes it is boring to be in the same place all the time.
