How to make shrimp eggrolls in 15 minutes!
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Eggroll wrapper - On sell at asian supermarket. </p>
<p>Shrimp: Prefered 10 jumbo or tiger shrimps.</p>
<p>Scallion: Prefered 4.</p>
<p>Egg: Prefered 1.</p>
<p>Salt</p>
<p>Black Pepper</p>
<p>-Remove the shell off the shrimp, devain it, wash it, let it dry by padding it with paper towels, then season it with salt &amp; pepper.</p>
<p>Crack open 1 egg and beaten it with a fork.</p>
<p>Cut the scallion into 2 inches long.</p>
<p>Take an eggroll wrapper, place a shrimp, a scallion in the center, then fold the side, and roll it to wrap it up, at the tip end paste it with a litlle bit of egg wash.</p>
<p>Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil to high heat for 2 minutes, then lower it to medium heat. Fry the eggroll until it golden brown. Remove it when done frying and place it on a plate with a paper towel. </p>
<p>Dipping sauce for shrimp eggroll is easy to prep as well. Just use soy sauce + sriracha sauce + 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mix it all up.</p>
