这是在云南双廊的一家热门餐厅吃到的菜，只能说太好吃了。吃这种肉还是要肥瘦兼容，才有那种特别的香味，就像烧烤里的五花肉。不过这种菜一定要趁热吃，冷了就不那么有口感了。
