每到一家餐厅，我都会点一些特色甜点或者小吃之类的，这次当然也不例外。

这家店的<strong>叉烧包</strong>和<strong>菠萝油</strong>都有些差强人意，前者的味道略差于叉烧肉，而后者味道不错，就是口感过于干硬，没有菠萝油本应该具有的香味。

<b>丝袜奶茶</b>，它是具有香港特色的一种奶茶。但此丝袜非彼丝袜，将茶用袋子冲来冲去的时候，因袋子咖啡色，大家误以为是丝袜。从味道来说，我相信这才算真正的奶茶吧，确实比很多饮品店的奶茶更地道。

我超喜欢法兰<strong>西多士</strong>，曾在家自制过这道小吃，比起这家茶餐厅的味道简直差太远，咬一口在嘴里的感觉十分香醇，味道最佳的当属内层的花生酱。

@mrpointp则非常喜欢<strong>豉汁蒸凤爪</strong>，他说这种入口即化的鸡爪比卤鸡爪更美味。

其实这道菜的做法也不难，用热油将鸡爪炸透，再加入调好的豉汁翻炒，最后加入少许豆豉。另外，鸡爪的口感与油炸的程度紧密相关。

我们只点了两份主食，一份炒饭和一份面条。

<strong>牛筋腩汤面</strong>实在是没有什么特色，味道一般、配料也一般，并不推荐。

而这份分离度较高的<strong>XO酱生炒牛肉饭</strong>为这家餐厅扳回了一局，不咸不淡，米饭的软硬干湿度也刚刚好。

很满意的一次探店，如果你来到乐山，又恰好没有找到适合的餐厅，不妨来世豪广场一探究竟！
