THE GREAT PYRAMID
the Great Pyramid at Giza was constructed for the Egyptian pharaoh, Khufu. The structure was constructed between 2584 and 2561 BCE. 
For almost 4000years, the structure was the tallest man made structure in the world.

THE HANGING GARDENS OF BABYLON 
If it ever existed as described, the hanging gardens of Babylon were built by Nebuchadnezzar II between 605 - 562 BCE as a gift to his wife Antisocial of media,  as she complained of missing the mountains and flowers of her homeland and so the king commanded that a mountain be created for her in Babylon, this is as written by Diodorus. 
Based on the fact that the hanging gardens of Babylon where not mention anywhere in Babylonia history raised the controversy over it's existence.
