### Time To Make Some Changes

I need to make some updates to the rules. When this is posted, these rules will go into effect.  Too many people are feeling entitled to this upvote by delegating the minimum to other bots and contacting other mods immediately when they post something and a shanehug doesn't appear.

* Let a moderator in PALnet KNOW that you have delegated. We do not receive any sort of alert, so unless you tell us, you won't get added to the list.

### Now to the updated shanehug terms:

Msp-shanehug is designed to be used as a supplemental upvote for those that delegate between 1-99SP to Minnowsupport. 
* 1- 49 SP to minnowsupport will receive a 5% upvote,
* 50-99 will receive 10%. 
* When you reach 100SP and are not delegating directly to msp-shanehug, you will be removed.  
* If you are delegating to any of the other msp bots, (creative, muxxy, Africa, lovebot) then you are not eligible for msp-shanehug without a direct delegation to msp-shanehug.

### Direct Delegation

You CAN use the other bots and receive shanehug IF you also delegate to msp-shanehug

Delegation directly to msp-shanehug will receive as follows: 10-49SP = 10% upvote. 50 – 199 SP = 15%
200 – 499 = 20%, 500-999 = 25%
