Building an account of true value
Inspired by the recent post of @prime-cleric, https://steemit.com/steemit/@prime-cleric/200-followers-the-hard-way-lol

Inspired me to write this.

"It takes patience, persistence and consistence to build a valuable account, as this is the only way to do it based on the foundation principles of Steemit.

Sure, anyone can get 1000 followers by following thousands to begin with, but will that account have any true value, either to the owner, or the community?

These thoughts on the matter came to mind.

It takes patience, persistence and consistence to build a valuable account, as this is the only way to do it based on the foundation principles of Steemit.

Sure, I will reiterate, anyone can get 1,000 followers by following thousands to begin with, but will that account have any true value, either to the owner of the account, or the community?

Gaining a large following by this method may result in a large number of followers, but how many of them are genuinely going to be interested in your content, upvote it and resteem it?
The number would be close to zero. Slowly build an account of followers who are interested in your work, and not only are you giving them knowledge that resonates with their level of enlightenment.

Of course, as a result of this, a large percentage will upvote and resteem your work, spreading knowledge to others. They will grow collectively in knowledge and the Authors account will grow in value, enabling them to put more time into sharing more content."![1449923859.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdk9k1G9jEkEP9cqycNCYCB6KL31bGyp3FX3ik9t5WZ8R/1449923859.png)
