My idea of success is quite vivid and simple. I have always been someone who likes to draw up plans every now and then.
I may even draw up plans than I act sometimes although I feel bad in those moments but i keep planing out my future what I want to achieve, who I want to be in years to come and how I hope to achieve it.

**First things first what is success to me**?

 >In summary success is when I achieve my goals which are financial independence, to reach the peak of my career and to impact the lives of my family and people around me.

*Gaining financial independence* is something I really look foward to because it is a tool to impact lives.
I however would only engage in things of integrity to achieve this.

*Reaching the peak of my career* is Key to my fulfilment. I hope to be a surgeon some day and to master a lot of skills. It would also be a tool I will use to impact lives.

 >Putting smiles on the faces of my patients  and helping out in the most difficult of situations is my goal.
 >>My definition of sucess is not giving up and not stopping until I reach the finish line but is there an actual finish line? **Well I guess we just keep aiming for more*

*Impacting the lives of my family and people around me* I believe not impacting lives when living is almost not living at all.
 >I strongly look foward giving my family the best, engaging NGOs and reaching out to people in needs especially medical needs.
 >>This summarizes my definition of sucess.

**NOW HOW DO I ACHIEVE THIS**

*I WRITE OUT MY GOALS* I actually think I should get an award for this, i always scribble my plans and have my goals both short term and long term and it helps me know when I am meeting up or having delays.

 > For my career I hope to get take some professional exams this year which will help me push ahead .I hope to advance my qualifications.
My financial goals cannot be left out 
 >I hope to strategically grow my finances by diversifying my streams of income and becoming more active here on hive. Hopefully by the end of the year I should have about a thousand hive which will go a long way in helping me get my professional exams.
 >>I hope to make videos on 3speaks and possible go into the gaming world which are splinterlands and Dcrops.

*Family goals* are very much important and I hope to keep in touch with family as much as I can despite distance barriers while looking foward to having mine soon.

I hope to not up despite how hard it may become. Until I get to the finish line I won't stop trying.
I won't stop pushing and that's success.
 >>**Knowing what you want to achieve, knowing what it would take and being ready to give  it**.
