There is lot of hype available about Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) that it has lot of health benefits. So I bought unfiltered ACV and decided to do research on its nutrients. <center></center> ## Ingredients: It is made up of organically grown apples and purified water diluted to 5% acidity so it contains 5% acetic acid. Fresh healthy apples are crushed and liquid is squeezed out of it. Yeast is added to the liquid to start the fermentation process and sugar converts into alcohol. Then acetic acid forming bacteria are added to this solution which convert the alcohol into acetic acid, which is main active component of ACV. ## Health Benefits: Apple cider vinegar has lot of health benefits and amazing healing properties in many diseases. In 400 B.C. Hippocrates, the father of medicines, used it for its amazing natural qualities. I have highlighted below some main benefits of ACV: #### It helps to lose weight gain: It contains acetic acid which helps to fight fat in our body. Research shows that drinking one ounce of ACV daily helps to lower body weight. It is useful for the people who exercise too little. It also helps to get rid of water bloats and maintains ph balance. #### It regulates sugar levels in blood: The people who have diabetes and they use one ounce of it with their normal meals daily, say that it helps to decrease sugar levels in their blood. #### It helps better digestion of food: Acetic acid present in ACV promotes the growth of gut bacteria. These bacteria are friendly to our better digestion.
