Until recently, price of **Ethereum** was exactly following the path of  **Bitcoin** , but then eventually price of bitcoin hiked up and price of Ethereum went down. Ironically, ripple (xrp) also woke up after a long sleep and increased its value by almost 20% last day, but then settled down to its previous price. 

Recent surges in prices of cypto-currency has disgruntled many investors. Some of them are simply saying, <i>"screw Ethereum we are switching to bitcoin" </i> while mostly are seeing it as a normal fluctuation and correction in the prices, and the Eth and Btc will prevail in the end.
