We are doing light exercise we do it already routine every holiday or weekend prefer sports instead of the road we do it after all day we work this is including new sport form round circle of mutual restraint
This sport has many benefits
We prefer this ringgan sport rather than the others

This sport we do at night from 20:00 until finish from our team leader our habit of doing it in open room or fitness if you are interested in the exercise we do you can imitate from the picture that we post above
