Hi all, 

I don't know if this is appropriate place to post this and if it is not I apologize in advance :) I am working on a steem application and was wondering how I can test it without spamming steemit. There is some documentation available about creating a test environment but I do not understand it :( Can someone explain to me how it can be done :) I really appreciate it
