When the photos of the show have started posted in WA Steemit Budaya, I am still on my way through Jakarta traffic jam. I rushed from the office after completing work around seven o'clock. Fortunately, the online ojek I ordered arrived shortly after I was at the gate of my office building in Palmerah Barat area, Jakarta. I arrived at the meetup and discussion site at Cangkir Sembilan Coffee at 20:40 WIB. Doctor Purmama Setia Budi @dokter-purnama being sharing his knowledge and experience in bersteemit. I had counted there were about 20 or so participants present and listening diligently. Their eyes were fixed in front of the almost without blinking.  Most of the participants in the evening's discussions were the novice Steemians. They are people who are thirsty to learn and gain knowledge. Indeed the number of participants was not as overwhelming as the discussion with @ razack-pulo and @ayijufridar. At that time, a number of participants were to stand because not enough seats. Many artists from the Komunitas Steemit Budaya attend. I think the lack of participants because the activities are held on weekdays. Some friends can not attend because having busy. One of the key points addressed by @dokter-purnama is that Steemit not just a place to serve works to readers or apresiators and having reward. But Steemit can also be used to help others. "I keep buying Steem because by Steemit I can help others by giving a vote and I get the benefit of my vote," said Doctor Pur. He also said that Steemit also glue the friendship of the Steemians. "I was here and met with my friends because of Steemit," said Pur. He requested that potential conflicts be avoided. If there are people who seem to be fishing with and potentially to conflicted with Steemians to avoid. The potential for conflict should not be widened. "I personally make friends with anyone and from any group," he said again. Indeed KSI Jakarta was formed by us the Cultures Steemian (@apilopoly, @musismail @willyana and @andrianhabibi). And many times I explain that Cultural Steemit is a space or community to make it easier for me and my friends to promote Steemit to my friends of writers, author, artists and cultural activists all over Indonesia. The Steemit Culture Community has no administrators, there is only a group admins and I am an initiator. "Cultural Steemit is OTB," I told some friends, including when I was asked in a WA group. OTB (Organisasi Tanpa Bentuk) is an organization without form, the term New Order to organizations without certificates and legal entities. I also emphasize that Cultural Steemit will focus on strengthening the quality of the content. Not pursuing vote and reward. I always tell my friends that I join Steemit to forget about the vote and reward when writing. Write something interesting and useful to others. I deeply agree with the words of poet Zaim Rofiqi @zaimrofiqi in the conversation after the discussion. "If you do not get a reward (vote), at least we can get the knowledge and information from reading the content in Steemit." In the midst of a decline in the value of crypto money market, the potential to get a reward should be set aside first. Let's just pray for the value of crypto money going back up. Although the value will be good again, I still recommend that we focus on creating good and interesting content, not just pursuing vote. Reward is a bonus. If the reward is placed as the main factor then someone will immediately stop bersteemit when it's hard to get rewards. I myself keep writing in Steemit - to this day - because I never dreamed beautiful can be dollars from there. If I chase the dollar, maybe I've stopped bersteemit. Many other ways to earn money. Most importantly I share my knowledge, experiences, ideas and fun in Steemit. I look at Steemit as a creative space where meet creators from around the world. So I am very sure that many great work in Steemit.  In the meantime, I keep writing in mainstream media. Because I get some reward in Rupiah. This reward I use for finance activities bersteemit, including # promo-steem and # promo-steemit.
