If you have troubles getting your winged eyeliner even then you are at the right place to watch this little tutorial :) I wanted to keep it as clear and as short as possible, so I hope that you are able to follow my tips. 

Creating a winged eyeliner might sound scary to some of you, but it actually isn't that bad ;) You need to practice it as often as you can and find your own winged eyeliner style that works for your eye shape and way of creating it. Once you get the hang of it creating it, you just need to make sure that it's even.
