Utopia is an open source where many steemit users make contributions to the  development or enhancement of many open source applications or sites. However, utopia.io always request that one adds tags to his or her writeup before it could be posted.
THE NEED
I did some write up on utopia.io and wanted to post it when the site asked my to add tag. As a newbie, i did not know what the tags are or how to add them however i asked a friend who told me what the tags mean so i decided to write some but i did not know wgich tag to use and how my work would be categorized based on the tag

The above is an example of a valid tag on utopia.io

The screenshot above shows what i have when i typed re expecting a drop down list of all possible or related tags with re. 
CONCLUSION
if the tag suggestion on utopia.io is initiated, it will go a long way to help especially newbies when making meaningful contents on utopia.io.
