**1) How different is NOIA network from the NKN & How actually the partnership with Microsoft help NOIA ?**

NOIA can be a caching layer on NKN’s routing network to ensure popular content can be routed even faster than their relay network could. In essence NOIA can be a caching layer on any centralised and decentralised content delivery infrastructure with its core assets being ability to control NOIA Nodes and store / retrieve content in the most efficient way.

**2) DITEX Platform that you are developing will be a place to sell Internet access points as per your whitepaper. Will the exchange use NOIA tokens for this?**

Also can you explain how segment routing will be used on DITEX? what benefit do a service provider get when he buys access points through DITEX?

A: Yes, NOIA tokens are used as transaction fees in the DITEX, those fees are collected and distributed to Masternode operators and Inflation Pool candidates. We just released NOIA tokennomics whitepaper, please check it our for more details

**3) Why are you creating your own blockchain instead of leveraging a existing and proven base layer protocol?**

What is going to be the strategy for mass adoption and getting people to start sharing their bandwidth with the NOIA network?

A: NOIA Cache was designed to work with ERC-20 tokens. For Programmable Internet decentralized internet exchange we’re working on launching our own ledger and researching several different blockchains and ledgers to best fit the purpose, details will be announced when there are significant developments. I am sure that you’ve heard about Ethereum blockchain scalability issues, so this is exactly why we are looking for other options.

**4) Do companies like cisko and akamai support you? How?**

A: Cisco is a huge preacher of the technology innovations we're using and adopting. Segment Routing is a technology Cisco is promoting themselves.
As for Akamai, over the past year and a half we've had people from Akamai join our team or advisory board! 

**5) If people started using your product, at what extent you gaurantee the hardware safety ?**
And data is shared in between, how you giving security ? What security methods your project adopted ?
What if bots create more traffic and slows down the n/w speed ?

 A: The hardware safety of your device is fully guaranteed because NOIA Node / App client doesn't have access to anything more than your network connection and storage you're allocating. The code of the client is open-source so you know what you're using.

We implemet a protocol to validate data & traffic integrity via proof of delivery concensus. Data can't be changed or interrupted. Also, the traffic is end-to-end encypted.

For bots to flood the network would be super expensive because you'll have to pay for sending traffic. This mechanism prevents those types of attacks.

**6) How did you come up with idea to start NOIA?**

A: We had founded another startup before NOIA and encoutered a lot of problems with the internet. We started digging deeper and later discovered many inefficiencies and found ways it can be improved. The project evolved over time and eventually we went on to analyzing the way it works from a packet level.

**7) When you look back to the day you guys started developing Noia Network are you satisfied with the progress you guys have made?**

A: People are rewarded with NOIA tokens by sharing their bandwidth and storage resources. As for now, it is going pretty well as we have around 5k nodes running. But to go bigger, we are going to introduce 2nd phase of Network airdrop, which will open our users new opportunities on sharing their resources. For now the only requirement is 72 hour weekly uptime. Later on the rewards will greatly depend on the bandwidth and storage resources shared, as well as geolocation and other factors. Also, let’s not forget about the NOIA token value itself. Once we get listed on Kucoin exchange, people will be more motivated to run nodes, as they could instantly sell them on exchange.

**9) Does Noia have some work with other public chains to make them faster, Or is it an alternative, to for instance Ethereum?**

A: Yes, Programmable Internet really gives the blockchain two things: Makes the blockchain node networks much more  decentralized and secure. Right now the problem is that even though blockchain networks are decentralized from the design but they still operate on the public internet and are vulnerable to IP hijack attacks which can basically cause 51%  attacks. Programmble Internet makes the point-to-point connections between nodes dynamic, always changing, distributed per packet basis and thus hard to hack.

**10) How are you going to capitalize Noia's Technology, and how do you implement it?
Can you explain how value of the token is tied to the value of the Noia Network. Basically what is the incentive for a tokenholder to hold the tokens?**

 A: We've created our Token economy to incentivize early joiners. We will have a masternode subsidy program where will distribute NOIA tokens to a certain number of masternode runners to subsidize for their time before the network grows. A subsidy mechanism encourages large network participants to hold the token and accumulate dividend payouts until the amount of fees collected is significant to maintain the yield for coin holders.

**11) Hi, How much $ have you raised through all the tokens sales & what's the vesting for private sale tokens?**

A: Our hardcap is 6.6 million USD. All of our investors have a certain vesting schedule and all of them are locked on the day of the listing. That is one of the reasons why NOIA circulating supply is only 1.4% of all the tokens.

**12) #AMA What problem are you solving and why is blockchain the right way to do that?**

 A: Because blockchain and I'm talking about Distributed Ledger Technology is the only way to do that.
We're solving current Internet routing system core design limitations which are related to BGP protocol and the nature of the current Internet transit business.
Blockchain gives ability to have a distributed data base of all Internet connections on Internet and implement 	smart routing logic.

**13) What is the direction of Noia technology development in 2019?**

A: First we're going to release an updated version of the node client which would connect current NOIA node with Programmable Internet. After, we'll be working on growing our node numbers aggressively. Other developments include details which are still not public and we'll announce that soon.

**14) Not everyone is familiar with cdn or know what cdn is? and how noia will excel in making itself best decentralized cdn service?**

A: CDN means Content Delivery Network and is only one of the possible applications on the network. NOIA Cache is an open-source distributed content delivery technology which increases website and application performance and helps reduce costs. NOIA Cache is the very first network function on the Programmable Internet backbone.

**15) What is NOIA’s biggest challenge to make businesses use NOIA Platform?**
A: We say "NOIA's goal is to have a node in every backbone in the world". Once that happens you can have a full map of internet and culculate all point to point connections. This is the core asset so the challenge is to grow the node community to a level where you can reach that. This would have immerse value and would be better than any network overlay alternatives right now.

**16) What are the plans to do community airdrops ?**

A:We have just announced the NOIA Foundational Members Program in order to reward long term community holders and provide them a way to increase their NOIA holdings and empower our community for the support we receive in exchange.

 A: Segment Routing protocol which brings packet-level programming and the open-source virtual router software which can make any device capable of routing per packet basis.

**18) We're all know! At this time AI and ML is everywhere. What are your plans to integrate Artificial intelligence and machine learning in Noia Network?**

A: The whole idea of the network is to make the routing within it smart. That's exactly where machine learning is used to calculate the best possible paths while taking into account all the circumstances. Effectively it helps navigate through the mesh of cables, avoiding congestions and picking the clearest routes forward.

**19) What are the outstanding characteristics of SR and IPV6 technologies that NOIA is using to improve the internet network and save bandwidth? What is the advantage of this technology compared to the Internet Routing Protocol currently using the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)?**

A: IPv6 expanded the data packet size and added an ability to have a customer header information field where you're able to type-in the route of IP addreses you want this packet to go through.

Then Segment Routing enables every simple router to be able to read those packet headers and understand the route information written where.

Once you have that, it means that every single hardware device can run a virtual Segment Routing router can read the data packets with programmed-in routes and routes the packets the best possible way utilizing the most of the infrastructure capacity.

The packet programming and packet level routing are the strongest points of this tech.

Current BGP based routing system act on a local view of the surrounding network thus it would never be possible for the current system to include smart routing algorithms and machine learning on the public Internet.

In order to do that you need a distributed database to basically know the global state of the network rather than only local by collecting data between all nodes in the network.
So the blockchain makes it possible to achieve that.

**20) Why did Noia choose KuCoin as the first exchange to list but not the others? Is there any deeper cooperation between Noia and KuCoin in the future?**

A: We chose KuCoin because it's one of the few trustworthy exchanges out there. It also has a significant presence in both Europe and South East Asia.

A: NOIA means Network of Internet Acceleration 

**22) How much will I be paid if I share my bandwidth in NOIA token ? Will it be based on my network speed ?**

As of today, how many data storage solution companies approached your project?

A: The main challenge remains - frictionless user experience. The ability start sharing and using Programmable Internet should be achievable within a few clicks. Our goal is to achieve.

We will educate people to understand that a user is not compromising h/w or data.

We're working with multiple data-center and cloud providers. Majority of the info is already public on our website.

**24) I been following noia for now, what does team took one whole year to turn up on exchanges?**

A: Since the very beginning we've only been focused on the tech side of the project, we tried not to pay too much attention to the market or other external forces.

Right now we've come to the point where we advanced very well in terms of development and technological progress and therefore launching the token is needed.

**25) Noia has so many competitors, starting from big mnc's to some hedge fund backed startups, how fair you guys are doing in this competitive environment and what cataylst will drive it to success?**

A: It's funny cause we don't see any single competitor out there.

We're working on enabling the transition to a better routing system on the public Internet. As far as I know, no startup in the blockchain space are tackling this particular problem.

**26) As it is being claimed, Can we really get 15x Faster internet with NOIA? William Norton on board. What values he is supposed to bring on the table?**

A: We are thriled to have William (or Bill) on board! He co-founded the now largest data center operator in the world - Equinix - company that's worth 40 billion dollars. There's a lot to learn from someone who help build such a company from the very first days.

**27) What is your monetary Policy? Inflationary? Deflationary? Fixed supply forever or additional tokens to be issued?**

A: Nevertheless it has an inflation candidate pool which distributes a proportion of rewards generated as NOIA tokens to the token holders. It powers the self-governing velocity mechanism. You can read about that more in our latest Tokenomics paper.


**28) How Tomochain incubation helped you to grow and get ready for the blockchain world?**

A: Tomochain team and us are good friends! They have a very good presence in Vietnam which is one of the most active countries in the world in the crypto space, so lately we've been growing our community there with their help.

On a technological level, we're also cooperating to work on the blockchain side of NOIA - they're advising us and we're exploring many different things with them.

**29) What's NOIA doing in cloud computing network ? How different it is from Trias, Ankr, Golem etc?**

A: We're not entering distributed cloud computing for now.
