A post like this, I know is a call to invite downvotes or at the very least to have everyone frown upon you. Before you do that, please hear me out. You can surely down vote this to oblivion but my intentions here are what I would like you to hear out!  # What is the idea behind this? As a child, I grew up listening to stories. Stories my grandparent told me, fairy tales that my parents told me before putting me to bed. These stories built my world. They let me dream. They let me grow up with a strong creative mind which is so imaginative that I sometimes get lost in the tales playing out in my mind. Stories defined me. They made the person I am today. Made me realize of the magic in it, the evil that is prevalent around you, the heroes that live amongst us and tales of friendship and love. Years later, nothing makes my heart flutter more than holding a book in my hand that promises me a world that I can enter but with no want of return. Kids needs to hear stories, teens have to dream of the stories and we, adults have to live out the stories that are our life. # Now that the background is done... I see a lot of fiction in here on Steemit, that I enjoy, I drool over but these posts, they haven't received any due that they deserve. Gems. Of the priceless type. Yet, payout at the end of the seven day period ends up being in cents. Most of these users ends up leaving the site after few months of these. I always thought, I'd accumulate enough SP a day to make a difference, that I'd sit down and spend hours to curate such posts. But after some calculations I realized that it might take forever if I had to wait it out that way. **And I am just not ready to stand by while these new amazing, unknown writers leave us** # Promises I am making. 1. I shall never upvote my own posts/comments 2. I will read every word in the post that I end up curating. No random upvotes. 100% effort in reading through and manually curating each and every posts. 3. I shall prepare a full report of the post's curated so that there is still full visibility at any time on the usage of your SP 4. I promise no misuse/abuse of the SP handed out. # What's in it for me if I delegate my SP? Honestly, nothing. I know that you can delegate for SBD's in return in a lot of ways but when you do this while I don't have any SBD's/Steem to offer you, you can know this - Your hard earned SP will be touching someone's life, motivating them to work harder, motivating them to work better and send out top class reading material onto this block chain. All these unrecognized people now have a reason to write better. You have no financial benefit, but you are responsible for the content that hundreds of people are going to love reading forever. You are creating an author who might tomorrow end up winning a top literature award, just because you helped develop their writing skill. I am waiting for your comments/questions. I have published a lot of posts here on Steemit and I have never asked this, but now I am : ### Please resteem this post. I need to be able reach out to as many people as I can. I want to help my fellow writers. I want to make fiction a cozy place here on Steemit. I am an individual, but with your help, we can become a community. A community that appreciates great thoughts, thinking and creativity.
