现在的日出早晨4点多就亮了，鸟起得很早，但也没有我早，天刚刚，跑步去了湖边，路过九龙街一个红绿灯，让我想起昨天早上8点左右，发生在这里的一起交通事故，一辆摩托车夫妻俩抢红灯，被一辆大巴车撞倒，女的当场死亡，看到在微信大家发的图，场面非常恐怖，跑步路过这里心里有些滴咕，城市里开车就不要那么快.<br>

跑到湖边，日出还没来， 这些老人们很早就起来了，也许晚上根本就没睡，还有许多人就睡在公园的草地上<br>

以前很少跑到市中心来，在这里看到一家特色小吃店，都昌的米粑，米粑是都昌县的特色早餐，在市区其它地方很少见了，而且还是四姐妹开的，要是七仙女开的就更有名了<br>

跑步也饿了，先是点了6个米粑，萝卜丝味的，下肚好像没感觉，再来了6个蒸肉馅的，可能是吃得太快了，还是没感觉<br>

再打包两盒，半路上本来是想跑回来了，实在是走不动了，打了个出租车回来的，撑多了，肚子有些痛，哈哈.
