Many of us in the homesteading and off grid lifestyle want to be self reliant. And you can see that it's not that easy as it sounds. You can see that making ice cream is one such skill that can come in handy during the summer. In this curation post, I am listing some of the ice cream making ideas that you can try at home. Also the milk can be used goat here and that way you can try out pro biotic recipes for ice cream too. This is one good tutorial to learn from. And there seems to be lot of interesting things to learn here as well.
